Counsellors can view your partner institutions and the documents they need to advise your students, and can contact your partners in-platform. Commission terms never appear to Counsellors. You can share portal logins and choose which partner message threads each counsellor can join.

Agencies get three automatic reminders to sign. If a contract is still unsigned after 10 days, you’re told in the app and by email, with a count of the reminders already sent. Send a nudge in one click, or change the contact if the wrong person has it. Cut down emails and phone calls and let the platform do the chasing for you.
