Initial account setup for most universities takes 45 minutes. You upload your contracts in batches. Each one is read in seconds, and we offer one-to-one onboarding if you want it. Most users are fully set up in a single morning. No on-premise setup is required.

Data integrations follow the initial setup.

Your contracts are encrypted and held in Australia, or in the EU when either party has a presence in the UK or EU. You decide who in your team sees each contract, and agencies see only what you share with them. Every view and change is recorded in the activity log. Staff in the HE Comply team cannot see your contracts.

CRMs were built for managing contacts, not contracts. A CRM can store a contract as an attachment, but it can’t tell you what’s in it; mistakes happen when data is copied manually from contracts and typed into CRMs or other systems.

HE Comply reads each contract and turns its terms into structured, searchable data, so questions about commission, bonuses or expiry dates take seconds to answer, not hours.

No. Agencies you invite join free, so they can sign, renew and update contracts with you in the same place. This is a great way to support your partner agencies as global recruitment challenges impact their team resourcing and revenues.

Institution users can also use HE Comply ‘single-player’, without inviting partner agencies. This allows an institution’s team to work from the same agreements in our secure environment.

DocuSign is fully integrated with HE Comply. Our users upload their standard contract and issue new and renewed agreements to partner agents from within HE Comply. Nothing is sent by email, and partner agencies’ signing experience is quick and auditable.

Standard 4 requires a written agreement with every agent. HE Comply keeps every agreement current, flagging expiries well in advance.

It enables exports of commission and bonus terms for each agent in minutes, meaning your evidence is ready when the Secretary, an auditor, or your board asks.

HE Comply also allows storage of lapsed and cancelled contracts, plus all associated diligence, training, and policy documents relating to the agreement(s).
