Only what you choose to share. Your commission terms, sub-agents, and other university relationships stay private unless you share them with a specific partner.

Upload your university contracts in batches. HE Comply reads each one in seconds and pulls out the commission rates, bonus tiers, and expiry dates, with the page each one came from. Bonus schedules and variations are filed with the contract they change.

Our secure AI reads it and structures the key terms. You check the results against the contract on screen, correct anything if you need to, and confirm. Expired contracts are flagged straight away.

Only the people you choose. You decide who sees each contract and what they can do with it. Counsellors can be given a Counsellor role that shows partner institutions without your commercial terms.

Neither. HE Comply is software for managing your contracts. We do not recruit students or sit between you and your university partners.

Contracts are read in a secure environment and are never used to train public AI models. Data is held in Australia or the EU. Two-factor sign-in, per-contract permissions, and an activity log are standard.
